I strongly believe that movement, listening, and an attentive approach to the body are essential for maintaining health and promoting lasting well-being.

OMF Rehabilitation
Treatment of orofacial disorders
My approach involves the comprehensive management of the oro-maxillofacial region, focusing on the functions of the tongue, jaw, breathing, swallowing, and posture.
I support patients experiencing temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, orofacial tension, bruxism (teeth grinding), facial pain, and functional disorders that can affect the balance of the craniofacial sphere.
Oro-myofunctional rehabilitation can also accompany orthodontic and dental treatments, particularly by working on tongue functions, swallowing, and muscle balance around the mouth and jaw.
I also provide complementary care for patients following maxillofacial surgeries or treatments that require the rehabilitation of orofacial tissues and functions.
Close collaboration with pediatricians, orthodontists, and other healthcare professionals ensures coordinated care that is perfectly tailored to the needs of each patient.

About me
A therapy built on empathy and precision
On a daily basis, I support patients with diverse profiles and specific needs: from children and active individuals to high-level athletes.
Precise diagnosis
I combine a thorough assessment with individualized care, tailored to the needs of each patient.
A holistic approach
I consider the body as a whole, looking for the root cause of the issues rather than merely focusing on the symptoms.
Professionalism and trust
In my practice, I place empathy at the heart of the therapeutic relationship to provide care based on active listening, understanding, and safety.

Education
Training and workshops
Sharing my knowledge – designed for professionals
I lead in-person training sessions focused on health, prevention, and a body-centered approach, combining theoretical knowledge with accessible, interactive, and hands-on practice.
Each course has its own dynamic: we begin with a theoretical segment to understand the context of our practice, the anatomical and physiological relationships, and their applications in patient care.
We then move on to the practical phase: we experiment, explore movement and therapeutic touch, and learn how to support others in their healing and development process. This approach helps participants better understand their own functioning, deepen their understanding of the patient, and build a therapeutic relationship grounded in active listening and trust.
Participants also receive educational materials designed to reinforce the knowledge they have acquired, integrate new skills, and apply them mindfully in their professional practice.
My training sessions provide a space for exchange, inspiration, and continuous learning, fostering professional growth as much as personal enrichment.
